This year's meeting is in the heart of downtown Winnipeg at the Fairmont Hotel, located at 2 Lombard Place. Please visit the link below to complete your booking.

All eligible members that live more than 50 kms from the Winnipeg perimeter are to book their own accommodations at the venue, Fairmont Winnipeg. We do encourage the Regional Local/Local/Worksite President’s to book rooms for their group.

Remember: when making your reservations, ensure you register under the block of rooms reserved for the Manitoba Nurses Union as you will be given the group rate.

Members are encouraged to stay 2 to a room – see MNU Handbook financial policies for details. If a Local/Worksite has only one delegate attending, they will enquire with the MNU Office to be matched with another single attendee to share accommodations with. Reimbursement is a maximum of one-half (1/2) of the standard room cost per member.

Standard Guest Rooms are $189 plus applicable taxes & fees per night (breakfast not included).

Lastly, rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Please note: If you will need to split the bill at check-out (different funding streams), ensure both occupant names are on the reservation.

Reminder: Hotel costs will be covered (if required) for members who live 50 kms from the perimeter highway if the meeting is held in Winnipeg or 50 kms from the city/town site where the meeting is being held, regardless of the place of employment.
